I have reset phone to original factory settings, Made multiple tries on sound toggle switches- on/off (Normalize Volume, 3D Sound ) but HI-fi DAC is gosted out and unable to toggle on for headphones! Buetooth is off. Does Verizon models automatically deactivate with non-use on these refurbished phones? What should I do?
