I was in an online game and some weirdo was most probably trying trying to scam some kid out his steam account and he sent a cdn.discord png image link in the all chat. I think it downloaded itself from discord.
I clicked on thinking it's discord link and I should be safe. Turns out there are recent exploits using exactly this method.

I disconnected my PC from the internet and I ran malwarebytes scan and a Microsoft defender and I couldnt find any malware
I changed all my important password and activated 2step verification where I didn't have it active.
I also had CC info stored in Chrome.
Could my PC and accounts be compromised? Could the link have silently downloaded malware? How much damage could it have done?
