Hi everyone, I am new here so please bear with me :)

I am thinking of creating an HTPC and i would like to seek your expertise as I am a beginner and don't have much knowledge when it comes to computers. I want my Home Theater PC to be:

- quiet
- up-gradable
- can play recent games in medium-low settings
- low power consumption

Thank you.

This would be as good as it gets right now. With a 4690K and a 780, the build is good for at least a few years.
