Help me ASAP Display Problem

i downloaded red alert 2 after that i think i got a virus. my computer is working in slow motion i dont knw wht to do i scanned for virus but it says virus not found. my computer is not slow the cpu usage is low but works in slow motion help me plzzzz

my computer is win 8
i3 3.3GHz
8GB Ram
1TB Hard Drive

Use an online virus scanner. It can run alongside you're current installed AV. Kaspersky seems good.

You have to download a small client program that will download the necessary updates. Then run a full scan.

If something is found it will help you to manually remove the virus and give advice.
