Help Me Choose The Best Choice For Speakers

I'm going to buy a 4K TV and using it as a monitor. For audio, I have 3 choices:
1) Integrated TV speakers for Free
2) Logitech Z506 5.1 Surround Sound for $70
3) Yamaha YAS-203 Soundbar for $300
Keep in mind that all of them are new, not refurbished or used.
Please help me choose one.

I personally like the simplicity and convenience of using a soundbard + sub over a 5.1 or 7.1 surround setup.

My experience with Logitech surround sound systems have not been good. As far as PC speakers go, a 2.1 system might interest you. Love my Logitech Z-2300. http/support.logitech.com/en_us/product/z2300-21-speaker-system

I don't want to buy speakers with high power consumption because the whole house electricity is just 2300W and the electricity bill is expensive.

Try the integrated speakers first.
You can always add separate speaker system later.

Past that, I can't say from experience.
If you can hear your options first, that is best.
If not, you are left to read reviews and user experiences.

I think a 5.1 surround system might be more immersive so long as you have the type of room where you can properly place the surround speakers.

I don't really care much about sound quality as long as it's not so poor that it isn't calibrate-able. I've tried the integrated sound and it's so standard like other mainstream TVs. I wonder if buying another speaker will dramatically increase the sound quality. I think I will stop considering the soundbar because it's just so expensive.

I have a 40" 4k monitor that does include speakers.
I used them once when my speaker system had a problem
Really some sort of a discrete speaker system is very much better.
The Z506 is probably about the right quality to use.
If you do not have a place for rear surround speakers, then a 2.1 setup would be appropriate.
I measure the quality by the size of the subwoofer speaker(not the wattage)
Larger is better.
