Help me decide which laptop to get

, and im going to upgrade it so it has a 256gb ssd
Cost= £720 with ssd upgrade

If you're still on the fence about the laptops, consider this:

The Ideapad 700 only states FHD for its display. You need to check that it's also IPS. Lenovo will gladly sell you a TN panel, and they are absolutely rubbish. If it isn't IPS, back away. I know that hard-core gamers will say that TNs are best for gaming, but this only applies to stand-alone monitors. On portable devices TNs only offer 1 viewing angle.

The MSI seems to have a slight GPU advantage, but I can't tell if it's worth £25. And check the display on the MSI while you're at it.
