Help me get my 5.1 sound setup right.

My goal is to get DD or DTS in gaming as well as video. I can get flawless DD,DTS and DTS-MA when i am watching videos (mkv,bluray).
I was also getting DD and DTS when using PS4 ,but i returned it cause my pc seemed to look way better in gaming.

At the moment i can only get PCM not even LPCM when gaming. i am currently playing the witcher 3 and MGS V which both say dolby digital before the game starts.

Please help me get Dolby sound in my games also (not pcm). I will buy anything and try anything .

setup :
GPU HDMI to receiver's input and HDMI out to HDTV.

ok i finally got lpcm by unchecking allow applications to take exclusive control of this device although its not dd but it is surround and its working in the witcher 3
