Help me please

I have a Toshiba satellite L655-S5146 I turned it on and it come up with no bootable device I tryed to factory reset it by pressing 0 and the power button but it take me to that screen again

Sounds like your hard drive is shot. Do you hear any clicking or grinding noises coming from under the laptop when you try to start it?

Also, right when you start up, look for text that mentions "press F2 to launch bios" or anything like that. try to get into bios or boot manager

No there is no noise and it won't let me go in f2

Sorry, press and hold F12 immediately after hitting the power button. That should bring up boot priority. If nothing new happens, press f12 rapidly after pressing the power button.

One of those should get you into boot manager. Then I need you to take a picture of what comes up, or type out the options it lists here
