My Samsung Galaxy Nexus Doesnt use storage on my sd card only phone storage and i cant download more stuff than 2 GB and on my SD Card Theres 4 GB and I cant seem to use them how can i fix this

Try Reformatting the SD if there is no data one it and try again.
