Hello, I'm picking new laptop for me. I'm thinking about Lenovo IdeaPad with AMD Ryzen 7 4700u and 16GB ram, or Lenovo ThinkPad with 11th gen i5 1135G7 and also 16GB ram. ThinkPad also has nVidia MX450 graphics card. Both laptops comes with a 14 inch as one of my preferences is decent transportability. The price in my country is almost same for those two laptops (ThinkPad about 50 $ more expensive). Now what is going to be a main goal for these to handle: I need quite CPU power for a music producing in DAWs. I sometimes do some video effects editing for fun (no need for colour accurate display). I'm using a laptop for light-gaming. I'm gentle to my electronics and don't buy new things too often, so I need that laptop to work fine for atleast 8 years. My worries about 11th gen of Intel is bad heating control, I don't want to have a very hot laptop for long work. And does the keyboard on ThinkPad going to be better than the one on IdeaPad? Thanks for any advices!
