help me with my phone

i have the cricket ZTE and it wont tun to the main scren i have tried taking the battery out and putting it back in and it dose the same thing

Contact the vendor or the carrier for technical help. They can replace your phone if defective. If you can't even boot into recovery I'm afraid it's toast. I don't think you'll find a lot of forums for that make/model.
