Help- Mhz and mAH??

Hello, what's the difference between 800 and 1000 Mhz (besides 200Mhz) for a tablet? Does it refer to speed? This is for a generic tablet. The difference is $10 in price but the cheaper tablet 800Mhz has a 3400 mAH battery while the 1000Mhz tablet has a 2400mAH battery... which is more important?

MHz is the processor speed, the higher the better.
maH is battery power, again, the more the merrier. 3400maH will last much longer before recharge.

MHz is megahertz, the speed of the CPU. GENERALLY, the higher the speed the better, but microarchiteture plays a huge role in it. mAH is milliamps per hour, that indictates how long the battery will last on one charge. If you travel a lot, get the cheaper one for the longer battery, and if you usually have a outlet then get the more performance oriented tablet.

Let's face it: 99% (or more) of the time the machine is waiting on you to do something, so the extra 200 Mhz gets you nothing in this scenario. It's only AFTER you tell the computer to do something that the extra speed come into play. So, unless you are using CPU intensive applications on your tablet, I'd go with the longer battery life.
