[Help] Middle-range laptops' graphics card comparison

Hello, can you guys help me to compare these card which is worth to buy?
Nvidia:
GTX 950m
GTX 850m
GT 940m


AMD:
R9 m375
R9 m370
R9 m275

Help me compare these graphics card by using price per performance
or other method.

Or you can suggest me other graphics card which is much worth to buy than I listed.

Is this for gaming? If so, the GTX 950M is the superior card if it's the GDDR5 version, otherwise they're all pretty much the same.

In that case, you definitely want the GTX 950M with GDDR5 VRAM. Don't expect 60 frames per second and high graphical fidelity in every game, mind you.

If you're on a budget, you might be able to find a cheaper laptop with a 850m. The 950m is the exact same GPU as the 850m, just clocked slightly higher. Be careful though, both the 850m and 950m can be equipped with GDDR3 or GDDR5 - the laptop manufacturer can choose which one to use. So a GDDR5 950m would be faster by a greater amount than a GDDR3 850m, while a GDDR5 850m will probably be faster than a GDDR3 950m.
