( Help ), MSI laptop won't turn on

I have an MSI GT640 laptop, just over a year old. After cleaning out some of the dust from my laptops fans and heatsinks, my laptop now will not turn on.

Everytime I press the on button the laptop, A light just flashes blue once and nothing happens, anyone know how I can get it working again, or what's gone wrong ?. Thanks

If there are no other suggestions, you could call tech support as it is still under warranty if you live in the US or canada.

Yeah I'm from the uk and only have a year warranty, it ended a month or two ago, so i really need help and don't no what to do to start it up.
