Help my Asus won't restart

My Asus touchscreen laptop will not reset I have tried pressing f9 but it won't work. my issue is that everytime it turns on it just says that it is undoing changes because it couldn't finish it's update. I have tried letting it finish whatever it is doing and the result is leaving it on for days even weeks at a time!! Please help

did you upgrade to windows 10?
