Question HELP No sound output from my audio interface

Hello. Need help. Currently, im using focusrite’s Scarlett Solo 2nd gen on a Mac. Before this it worked perfectly. Then as time goes by, at first the output gradually became slower. Now it has no output at all. Nothing is wrong with my input. Even when i turned on direct monitoring, it has no output. Cant hear a single thing.

I tried troubleshooting, reinstalling the driver, I even changed the headphone jack, but still there is no audio coming out. Even tried contacting their customer support. But there is no solution. At first they suggested that its not a hardware problem. The after i explaimed thoroughly and done all the steps they had given, still no luck.

Anyone have an idea on how do i get it fixed?
