help only the subwoofer and a loud-speaker works the other loud-speaker doesn't

i bought energy sistem 200 loud-speakers and it came with a subwoofer . the loud-speakers are pluged in the subwoofer and the subwoofer is pluged in my pc but only the subwoofer and one loud speaker works the other don't . ps: the loud speakers share one cable . is it smthing with my pc or drivers

It seems to be a manufacturing defect so since it is under warranty just replace it

i'll go back to the store . thanks for your time
