Help! PC crashes and restarts!

Hello,
I'm having a problem that whenever i switch to my Razor Chroma headset to default on PC it freezes and shuts down and restarts! It gives me no error code or anything.

When its set to the default speakers it works fine...Just when i switch it messes up!
I've tried fixing the HDD if that was the problem but it's not, I've uninstalled razor synapse and reinstalled it and still didn't do anything!

I don't know what to do anymore im lost! please help need a solution or advice i could try!

Do the headsets work okay on other devices?

How did you set up the "default to PC" option? Whose software?

Set your computer to whatever is not "headset default.

While up and running open the Event Viewer logs.

Then do the switch.

See what errors are logged and right click the error log entry for more details: e.g., an error code, a description, or system identified problem.

Also go to Razer's websit to see if there are any similar problems reported in the FAQs or User forums.

Razer's driver may be buggy.

More information is needed.
