Help please help

My husband bought and antenna and we keep scanning the channels but we still can get 13 ABC.. What do we do now... Pleaee help

It may just be out of range for you, did you check if it was?

The higher up the antenna is the better it will work. If the antenna is directional you can try aiming it in a different direction. Scan for channels each time you move it. You can call 13-ABC and ask which way to aim the antenna.
If the antenna is not amplified than one that is may help.
