Help regarding headphone Ohms

I own a lenovo y500 !st gen and was wondering how much Ohm headphone can I run with it, I have a headphone in mind which is about 46ohms, will i be able to play games with it without loosing its potential or will I need a headphone Amp to run it???

Not really. That's just the max power they want you to put through them.
