Help replacing dead usb port

I have a lenovo y460p, and recently I was running a couple midid controllers and an arduino, which I beleive overamped my comp and killed the arduino. But one of the ports is dead now, and I was wondering if there is any way to replace this.

of course there is you can de solder the dead usb and re solder on a new one. the southbridge might need reflowing as it controls the peripherals.
