Question Help Solving - SAMSUNG 70-In QLED Q60A Series - 4K UHD Dual LED QN70Q6DTAFXZA, BOOT LOOP, "Help your my only hope!!!"

Please help me solve this mystery! I feel like it could even be a firmware update issue but no way to see a screen yet to navigate to the update menu.
I have replaced everything you can find on Ebay, someone said its the panel but the led obviously are working. I think its these driver boards which I did find you can get replacements (maybe)... Here is a video of the issue:
