help to fit screen on dell inspiron 15 7566 laptop

hello
i have a dell inspiron 7566 and it has not screen , and this laptop's screen cover does not have screw places how to fit screen on this cover ? i don't now if it is touchscreen version but there is only screen cable on the laptop it has not digitizer cables

you will need to make sure to get the LCD rails that fit on either side of the LCD allowing you to screw the LCD in place.
Without the rails, you wont be able to install the screen.

i think that it is 4k touchscreen version and this only need video cable , digitizer cable is built on this screen .
now i want to install 1080 screen but this laptop has 40 pin cable and 1080 screen version has 30 pin cable , is it possible that install 30 pin cable and 1080 screen on this laptop ?

you will need a 40 pin to 30 pin converter cable, google it, readily available through ebay or amazon pretty cheap.

30 pin and 40 pin cables has same namber pins on matherboard , will i need converter ?
