Help with deleting programs.

I bought a Lenovo V110 this year and since the beginning it is very slow. I have done everything I could to make it run faster but the one thing I don't know is, can I uninstall any of these Midrosoft programs or anything else?

I am okay with deleting any of the programs I haven't put a red line on, I just don't know if deleting any of them could make my computer misbehave.

Those programs are not causing your system to run slow. What are the system specs and what do you use it for? What about it is slow?
