Help With Drivers

Yo guys Ive an AMD Radeon (TM) HD6490M graphics card on windows 64 bit. However, when i went to the website to download the latest driver available, at first it gave me a zoomed in screen, then having no idea what to do, I restored my computer back to factory settings. I then tried updating my Intel graphics which were successfully updated to no good. I recently downloaded civ beyond earth and it keeps telling me to update my driver and no characters neither move nor talk and a lot of shit just really happens. So please help a brotha out guys and tell me what to do!!!??

If you can boot your laptop, then download and install the Guru3D - Driver Sweeper to clean up all the iGPU drivers, then go to amd site to download the AMD Catalyst™ Notebook Display Driver http/support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows+7+-+64 and intel laptop graphics driver https/downloadcenter.intel.com/
