Help with headset, zoostorm pc

Hi I'm having a problem using a headset on my zoostorm pc, I have a asus monitor. I've tried using all the jacks and I can't get my headset to work at all, it's registering it as a mic but I can't use it. Any help please? Do I need to use a audio/mic splitter? I'm using my one that I used for pc as it's a 3.5mm jack. Thanks

Would help if you list the brand and model of your headset. Does it work OK on other computers?
