HELP with JVC C540

I have a JVC LT-40C540 TV. As soon as I plug it in, the TV immediately turns itself on, the blue power light turns on and then the whole thing turns itself off again. The screen never switches on. It continues to do this loop until the TV is unplugged and will even continue to loop another 3 times with no power from the socket.

I have tried a few resets I've seen which don't work, which would lead me to believe it is a hardware issue but I'm not familiar enough to know what exactly it could be.

I would appreciate any input or suggestions as to what might be causing the issue!

Could you tell us what you've tried so far?

I have unplugged for 10 mins
Plugged back in
Held down [Vol -] + [MENU]
Pressed the [POWER] once
Continued to hold other 2 for a few secs

Tried above with [Vol +] instead.

No buttons seem to have any input.

This was all on buttons on TV not remote.
