My Rig is:
CPU
Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor

Motherboard
Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Memory
G.Skill Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card
Zotac GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card

Case
Corsair SPEC-03 Red ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply
SeaSonic S12II 620W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

Problems is that Someone told me that this motherboard only have 1 system fan header. But my Case has two fans pre installed and i am going to buy an Cooler Master Jet Flow 120MM red LED fan. I will Buy Motherboard from this site http://www.snapdeal.com/product/gigabyte-b85md3h-motherboard/328478745

So my Motherboard will support 3 fans???

And What cable can be used to Connect Fan with PSU give link of flipkart,amazon.in,ebay.in or snapdeal.
Is it safe to connect fan to PSU? will my PSU will Support that?

Many fans come with an adapter to plug them directly to the PSU, this will make the fans spin full speed all the time though.

Best option is to use a splitter, Like this one to plug two fans into the one motherboard header. Using this manner your motherboard will still controll the fan speeds as needed.

Your other option is to get a fan controller, but I generally avoid these at all costs, due to the extra heat many create.

For the splitter my link isn't local for you, but just search PWM fan splitter and I'm sure you can find some in your country.
