Help with my Samsung TV

I have a Samsung LTD TV and every time I turn the tv on the apartment alarm goes on. However, at times when the alarm doesn't go on the tv
makes the sound as if turning on and of. This could take up to 5 mins. When eventually the TV goes on it has a clear picture and sound. I am going crazy trying to find out what can be the problem. Please help!

Unplug the TV from the wall and see if it using remote power function is setting off the alarm rather something in the TV itself. If it is the TV it self since it has problems coming on it will need repair. It may be sending out RF that is messing up your alarm. Check with the security company too.
