Help with nabi se black screen

I have a nabi se under a month old. I went to turn it on yesterday and it went to a black screen. I proceeded to charge it, after charging for atleast 4-6 hours charge light is still red, and when i push power button it just goes to a black screen I tried to reset it but it won't do anything. Has anyone experienced this problem and if so what did you do?

If it is that new, contact the manufacturer as it is under warranty.
