I hope someone can help because I can't seem to fix this.

My problem is I have a Toshiba e335. I have made sometime ago an
event that occurs every Mon-Fri, 5pm. Well, now I don't want that to
happen anymore but I can't figure out how to edit the event do disable
it. Is there a way to do this? I thought if I went to the first
instince where I set it up I could delete it but I have no idea where
that would be.

Can someone help??

Thanks,

Kurt

It would be best if you could disable it the way you set it, since you do
not say what it does.

With that warning stated, get a copy of checknotification from scarybear
software and delete the timer notification - it should then stop. Just be
cautios - some of the events are needed... ;)

occurences. With re occurring it should give you option to open 1 or the
whole series. Open whole series and delete ,should work

Thanks for the suggestions but I'm unable to find the occurance. It
just keeps happening. When I get the occurance, there isn't an option
to edit it and then change it. Just an "ok" button. It's strange
almost like it's a phantom occurance right now.

What happens if you tap and hold the event and choose delete? It should
pop up a box that says to you want to delete just this event or all of
them in the series? In your case, you would choose "series".

No such luck. When the event pops up I tap and hold it but nothing
happens. Still my only option is to delete the pop up. I've looked
all over for a way to delete this crazy series with no luck.

Any other ideas?

There are several changes you can make in the desktop version of Outlook
that can't be done in Pocket Outlook, but which Pocket Outlook will honor
after syncing. This might be one of them.

In desktop Outlook, double click on the event. It should pop up a dialog box
asking whether you want to open "this occurrence" or "the series". Select
"the series". Then click on the recurrence icon on the tool bar and set the
end date.

That's the strangest thing out of all of this. Desktop Outlook never
ever has had this reoccuring event, only the PockPc.

Is my only solution is to do a hard reboot of the thing? Yikes!
