How do I get signal in another room with a dish box?

It says complete signal lost. But, the other TV and box is working

In the UK the only satellite TV service provider will make you buy a second box from them and pay more monthly for the privilege. How is your second box connected to the dish?

You have a DISH box and TV in two rooms? One works the other doesn't?
The signal from the sat dish is actively split to provide signal and control from the dish to each box. That split may not be working correctly for the non-working box. Contact DISH for service. They should be able to solve the problem either with a new splitter or new box.
