Question help with the annke hybrid dvr

i just got this annke hybrid and it is not letting me get the unit online. any one have some ideas it is the dt61bs model

i jsut got this dvr the annke hybrid a dt61bs model and i jsut cant get it to show on my network. i have a nvr next to my pc i use for looking at the dvr i have in the garage that the bullet cams plug into. and the desk nvr can see that westshine unit that can see 8 bullet cams asnd 8 ip foscams. this annke will see all the bullet cams and the ip foscams but my desk unit will not see the annke unit. i just can't get the ports to change on the annke in the menu - settings - network and under tcp/ip it shows the ip address my network modem assigned it and then i go to ddns and it has a different setup from my westshine so i input my network modem info to see if that would work and nothing so then i go into nat and it has ports but they do not seem to change when i edit them.

on my desk hybrid dvr i can connect up any of me other dvrs/hybrids and it will see them and if i plug my bullet cams into them i can see them on the desk unit but this annke will not let me see the bullet cams i have plugged into it.

so does anyone know where i can look for getting the network to change. i looked in the app and i do not see any way on the app to change ports either. thanks.

forget it i repackaged it up and will return it. it has to be defective as all mu other dvrs will see each other.
