Hesitating between 2 gamer laptops: ASUS i7-3630qm + GTX 670MX + 512gb SSD or MSI Apache Pro 60 i5-4200h + GTX 860M

It's pretty much in the title. Which one would perform better for gaming?

These are the 2 models I am hesitating between:

If you are gaming I prefer the ASUS RoG. It is an I7 with hyperthreading and will work better than the i5. Asus is very good at making their laptops specific for the gaming experience. The hybrid drive will load faster than the 1 tb drive alone. That is my suggestion.

And apparently the asus has better cooling with 2 exhausts whereas the msi is known for heat issues

asus always has better cooling than MSI.
the apache pro's build quality and battery life is crummy to say the least.
the gtx 670MX can be overclocked to beyond a 770M to match and even slightly outperform the 860M with MSI's afterburner.
