Hey i have an Android RCA tablet and i have autio rotate on but the screen still will not rotate

If it's not locked, the sensor that checks the orientation of the device may be bad.

Try rebooting it, if that does not help, try a reset to factory defaults after backing up your data and noting any settings you changed.
