Hey, I was wondering if my laptop can run gmod, chivlary (half life, CS:Go ect.)

According to game debate, the graphics processor built into the laptop can run Garry's mod, but will not play CS:GO, so I doubt it'd run Chivalry.

With an HD 4250 gpu i would say that could only run modern games on low or very low with reduced resolution.

Garrys mod is fairly easy to run and in comparison to other games so is cs go however a hd 4250 wouldn't cut it to well. Maybe if you sacrificed many settings but maybe you would want to do that.
