It seems my computer can't detect my nvidia graphics card and is now curently using its Intel graphics card as primary. It would be a big help if somebody could help me with this problem.

Graphics Card

Hey you there???

Just guessing that your description isn't going to be enough to determine which BIOS to look up. MSI made about 50 variations of the GT70 with the same chassis over a period of 3+ years, but each with their own specific model #.

For example, mine was originally an MSI GT70 Dominator-895 9S7-1763A2-895. Here's another model: MSI GT70 Dominator-2OC-059US;9S7-176312-059.

Helping my daughter with her 3 year old MSI GT60 laptop with the 3gb nvidia GTX670M card. Same issue as you have and found after taking it to a local repair shop that the nvidia card is defective. Unfortunately all MSI can offer is an out of warranty RMA for $450.

The laptop is running on the built-in card and is obviously very slow.

The worst part is the card was replaced just a year ago and they only give a 60 day warranty on the repair.

I am searching for someone to do a chip level repair.

Great service eh?
