Solved! Hi got a acer aspire 3 A315-31-c3xc That keeps locking up? Any ideas.

mouse locking up on screen, computer locks up completely. Sometimes just shuts down and restarts, has done this for the last couple of months or so and computer is only 10 months old. Its not getting hot and I dont have too many windows open or apps running. Used space is only 229GB and still has 700GB free space. Please help or its going to be flying out the window !!!! so frustrating !

Post system hardware specs.

Windows 10? Run the built-in troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Look in Reliability History/Manager and Event Viewer for error codes and warnings.
