Hi, guy. I have a 2400watts amp with two 200 watts 15" speakers. Is it matched?

If you play two 200 watt speakers being driven by a 2400 watt amp you will have enough excess power to blow then up easily. A 400 watt amp would be a match for them. Many amps do have exaggerated power rating. It would also depend on what impedance the amp is 2400 watts into.
If the amp is 2400 into 2 ohms it would be 600 into 8 ohms so if you can connect the two woofers to present 8 ohms to the amp it would is closer to being safe.
