Solution
Well it is going to depend on a few things. First, being what version of Android you are running. If you are running anything below "Marshmallow" that you wouldn't be able to move the apps to the SD card. Since the cards are normally "External" storage, but most apps run on "Internal" storage, you need to have at least "Marshmallow" to turn the SD card into "Internal" storage. Unless you have a phone that restricts that option (even in "Marshmallow"), which can happen.

Your other option is rooting the phone. Which, even this, is no guarantee it will work. For info on "Rooting" a device, please visit the "Rooting, Jailbreaking & Unlocking" Forum. http://www.tomsguide.com/forum/forum-117.html

Now if you are running "Marshmallow", follow the instructions below to see about turning the card "Internal".

NOTE: You should start with a blank SD card. Why? Because the changes will both format and encode the card. Erasing anything that was already on it, and making the card only work in that particular device.

How to turn external SD card into internal storage on "Marshmallow".

1. Go to device “Settings”, then select “Storage”.
2. Select your "SD Card", then tap the “three-dot menu“ (top-right), now select “Settings” from in there.
3. Now select “Format as internal”, and then “Erase & Format”.
4. Your SD Card will now be formatted as internal storage.
5. Reboot your phone.

NOTE: If you don't reboot the phone, many things may not work correctly, so make sure you do.
