Hi how can I see actual date when picture was taken and I received it by text Samsung A8?

Should be able to see it in the EXIF data (if logged).

On an android phone, you should be able to select 'info' from Google Photos.... and probably Samsungs 'gallery', just not 100% sure where you'd find it there.
