Hi I am using kodak 50 inch hd led tv, it was not able to play 1080p videos properly through pendrive, for example : a 1080p video plays video but shows audio not supported, and video clarity is very bad. Pls give me solution

Use a PC to play video instead you can display PC video on a TV via a cable.

Is fairly common knowledge TVs ability to play video all by themselves is limited.

If you are adamant to make this work you will need to re-encode the video with different codecs, trial&error fashion. The issue is TV only support a limited number of codecs and unfortunately even the manual don't tell you what codecs to use.
