I replaced the motherboard in my toshiba satilite laptop, turn it on and as it boots up before it completes, it shuts down, i have tried removing the battery ,same thing,the memory,same thing,all of the simple things I have tried, same results. CAN SOME ONE HELP!!!

Is it still under warranty? If so your best bet is to send it in and let them worry about it...

If not, try booting to safe mode by holding F8 when powering the laptop on
