Hi, I have laptop Lenovo ThinkPad w510, Ram 4 GB, Hard 500GB, Core i7, 1.6 proces. Graphic 1 GB Dedicated. I am using Win8 pro. Nvidia installed drivers. But when I run any game graphic goes slow. tell me what should i do. thanks

The reason for that is that you're graphics card just isn't very good for gaming. That laptop is designed as a workstation for editing and crunching data.
The GPU you have is basically an underpowered GT330m, aka. Not a good gaming (or anything really) card at all.
