go to the laptop manufacturer website. find the support for the laptop model and download the driver.

Hi, if you haven't solved this yet. You can try this way. Go to device manager, right click on the item that has yellow exclamation mark on. Select Properties. Then select the Details tab. Under Properties, click on the downward pointing arrow head and select Hardware IDs. Click on the first row. Copy it. Then open up IE or Chrome, paste the copied line onto the search bar. This should give you what the exact name of the componet or rather the chipset involved. Then you can go to the relevant website to download the latest driver for it. By the way, it may not be the first one shown, you may have to go through a few of them to find the correct one. I will use the driver from the manufacturer rather than the website of the laptop manufacturer. Good luck.
