hi sir i have a issue charging problem on vivo y55l so pls help
the charging pin from mobile was little black look like a short circuit the one the ic was too hot whenever we put the charger it won't charge at all i tried to pull out the battery manually recharge from wire and put it back on phone its works it drains the battery to quickly but it works

Really you are charging manually??????????
Please go and give your phone for repairing. If requires do change what ever it need . Manually charging is not safe at all.
It may burst if you will continue this .
