Would help if you provided more details, did it work before, what are you using, what did you try already if anything? Exact error message, do other programs work OK when connecting online?

Hi i have tried updating YouTube,sent error msgs to Google, switching off my phone and just about anything

OK, so it's an issue on a phone. What exactly happens when you open the YouTube app? Can you open it using Chrome browser?
