High end laptop running terribly slow.

My pc suddenly began running very slow and when ever i would start up any game, it would use up 100% of my GPU. I even lag in the titlescreens of most games... the only thing that worked is playing in the lowest graphics, and thats not what i bought this laptop for. I have no clue why this is happening and no idea how to fix it. Can anyone help me?

The temperature is around 40 for the cpu, and 30-40 for for the gpu. I Have an Asus ROG G752VS-BA422T
