High quality camcorder for out and about recording

Hey all,

I am looking for a nice, high quality camcorder that doesn't break the bank! I have looked at the BlackMagic Cinema camera, but the FPS is such a let down. I would really like something that can do fairly high FPS. 60 would be okay, but 120 or higher would be amazing! The URSA is huge, but looks amazing. The camera would be used on a Glidecam, so capability for that is a must!

I currently have a Nikon D5300, and I really dislike using it. I bought it primarily for still photography, and for that it is amazing, but it really starts to let me down when shooting video. It has 50FPS, great; and can shoot 1080, but it can't shoot raw and the auto focus is sloppy. But, it has the advantage of being great for a glide cam. I would really like to move away from the DSLR market as my mail focus is not on video and not so much photography.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Please define "doesn't break the bank" with the highest amount you are willing to spend. Are you looking to shoot 4K video or would HD suffice? Are interchangable lenses important?

So doesn't break the bank includes $20k cameras but not $100k ones like the Alexa? In that case, check out the RED cameras, most of them shoot up to 120fps at 2k, and the Epic/Weapon shoot up to 300fps at 2k. Do know that they are hugely expensive when you start adding all the necessary components though

If you want something more affordable and don't mid switching lens manufacturers, Sony and Canon have pretty good offerings under $10k

Hey. I really want something that is somewhere up to £2000. I'm now an expert with cameras, but I enjoy using them and creating videos.

For that price a professional camcorder isn't really an option. None are going to shoot in "raw" video at least, and only prosumer camcorders will have the features you want (like http/www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1022653-REG/sony_fdrax100_b_hdr_ax100_full_hd_handycam.html) , though the http/www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1156385-REG/sony_hxr_nx100.html might be close enough.

Another option is to sell your current camera and get a http/www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1186034-REG/sony_ilce7sm2_b_alpha_a7sii_mirrorless_digital.html/prm/alsVwDtl , it's not perfect but it fits all the criteria except price and being a camcorder.
