HiPoint X90 mic not working

I have a HiPoint X90 headset with 1 cable but the mic stopped working the audio works fine, but the mic doesn't work even though it works on other devices it how do I fix it?

Do your headphones have 1 cable or 2? If you only have 1, then you likely need to get a splitter (I would recommend http://a.co/ivo3mgy).
